The Rosy Underwing (Catocala electa) is a moth of the family Noctuidae. The species can be found in Europe and Asia (ranging to Korea).

The wingspan is 65-80 mm. The moths flies from July to September depending on the location.

The larvae feed on Sallow and Poplar.
